                                             Each employee is obligated within the 
                                                scope of his employment contract to declare his employer the invention within a specific period of time. Then the employer decides if he will or will not use the invention. 
                                            In the case of its exploit the employee gets a compensation which depends on a lot of factors. 
                                             
                                            These are for example: the position of 
                                                the employee in the company, part of the cooperation in the invention if there are more than one inventor, the amount of the sales etc..
