The industrial property right (patent, utility patent etc.) imparts the owner the right to prohibit
other the commercial use of his property right.
The owner of the property right can use his property right himself or give licences.
Licence contracts have to be concluded, if the owner allows
a third party an exclusive or non-exclusive use of the subject matter of the property right. The owner of the property right gets a compensation for it.
